Self-Paced Online Course | Coming September 1st | 597
Join this fun, comprehensive and intimate self-paced birth course where evidence and intuition intersect. This course will prepare you physically, mentally and emotionally for labor and whatever type of birth you are planning. We will focus on what birth actually is and looks like, nutrition, healthy communication, management of expectations, interventions, pain management, medication, inductions, the process of labor, cesarean births, postpartum, partner support, newborn care, and the transition into parenthood. Regardless of how you plan to birth, we believe it’s important to be prepared for everything as this will result in you still having a positive birth experience even if things go off script. This is honest, invaluable, practical information. Birth partners (significant other, family member or friend) are encouraged to attend with you!
Preparing for Birth | Private Sessions

Private Sessions | 95/hr
Between wacky schedules and the rollercoaster of life events, it can be hard to find a childbirth class that meets your specific needs. And sometimes, you may just need a bit of in-person, one-on-one time in your own home to work through your preparation for birth. This is also a great option for a refresher when preparing for a second baby. We can meet weekly and customize mutually agreed upon days and times between you and your childbirth educator. Length of course is dependent upon existing knowledge, available time, birth experience and home study. We recommend 6 hours, usually two three-hours classes or three two-hour classes, but there is room for flexibility. Private classes are 95/hour with a 6 hour minimum.
